The location was ideal for my weekend getaway, close to San Felipe where I was doing volunteer work. Being able to walk around easily was a big plus. the staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable.

We had a great stay at Hotel Cristal! The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the nearby attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing us with helpful recommendations and arranging transportation for us. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as a clogged toilet at times, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Antigua.

As a satisfied guest at Hotel Cristal, I had a wonderful stay in Antigua. The hotel manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with hot showers available. I enjoyed watching English language channels like BBC World and CNN on the TV. The small kitchenette was a nice touch, allowing me to make tea and coffee and even cook my own meals. The outside area with tables and chairs provided a relaxing space to unwind. The hotel's location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the town centre and supermarket.
